Extra Small Dog (16mm) fits all 16mm (or 1.6cm) wide dog collars
Small-Medium Dog (19mm) fits all 19mm (or 1.9cm) wide dog collars
Medium-Large Dog (25mm) fits all 25mm (or 2.5cm) wide dog collars
Large Dog (38mm) fits all 38mm (or 3.8cm) wide dog collars

This tag is attached via a closed-loop ‘plastic sleeve’, which means it can be easily removed from traditional flat collar styles, but not from quick release collar styles, harnesses or leads (due to the buckles/clips).
